Is pirate day over (I hope)?
It's hard to be a pirate, I think. Why do you guys like them so much?
Welcome to our living room. You'll find it takes a certain "bonkers" way of thinking about things to hang out here. No one will ever ask you to leave, but you might feel uncomfortable being here if "our tribe don't dig your vibe." The emphasis is on creativity, spontaneity, and improvisation. Most of us know each other here. Many of us are related. We use aliases just for the hell of it.

Yes, the Pirate Day is over. However, I think the more important question to ask is why DON'T you like pirates?
i was all about being a pirate until I ran across this little ditty, 'Pirates lived in cramped and filthy quarters. Rats gnawed through anything, including a ship’s hull. Food spoiled or became infested, and fresh water turned foul. One staple of most ships was hard tack, which seaman often ate in the dark to avoid seeing the weevils that infested the square biscuits.'
eeeeeew!
It was the best talk like a pirate day ever!
And Thunk that was disgusting
...and unnecessary.
My point precisely. Pirates had lives that sucked.
And they were thieves. Yo, ho, ho and a bottle
of (stolen) deoderant.
Yeah, but they were like bastard sons of the Vikings...aka my people.
Pirates rule.
Pirates were early lawyers.
