It seems lots of people are trying to distance themselves from HB1215.
The article is about how the Task Force and the legislation process was pretty much a sham.
The pro-life woman who chaired the committee speaks up and says as much.
So we have the Governor who says that the legislators never intended HB1215 to become law (so that's why he signed it??) and the chairperson of the Task Force admitting that she got railroaded by a group of extremist zealots, and by all means the people of SD should get to vote on this.
Right. Let's do vote on it. And while we're at it, let's get those people– who think that kind of nonsense is a good way to run state government – out of here!

We put this article up on the SDHealthyFamilies site on Wednesday. Its featured on the front page.
Ok, I took it down, it took up to much spave in the Plave.
