Is that a distant light I see?
Can a left-leaner possibly be hopeful yet? Democrat Urges Inquiry on Bush Iraq. Do we have to call it Downing Street Gate or can we just call it drowning-gate?
It will be interesting to watch the polls over the next few weeks PollingReport/right.htm. Check out the rest of the polls on the site too. Me thinks the webs they weave may be coming undone.
I know, I'm the polyanna of the group.

The only one perhaps as optimistic as you, Ethunk, is me. Let's fervently hope. Sing a song children.
Great link to all the polls. Thanks!
I like the way they look, by the way.
Anyone see Joe Biden and John McCain on Face the Nation and Meet the Press today? Very cool, one Dem, one Repub, both saying almost the exact same thing about our situation in Iraq and how we don't have a snowball's change in hell of getting out of there clean unless we drestically change our policies both at home and abroad. But the real kicker is Sam Hurst's editorial in the RCJ today. It's so good, I almost insist that you all give it a read.
In fact, it should be the next post perhaps?
...can hardly wait to catch Sam's E.
...and for the record...happy Father's Day Owl and all you other daddys out there.
It will never happen with a republican controlled congress!
True enough, Toad.
So let's all make sure we vote.
Anyone who ever says it doesn't matter is wrong.
Period. End of story.
We have to get those bad boys outa there.
So unless you want revolution and blood in the streets, voting is the only way.
