One time Billy was asleep, upside down in my lap and I got the urge to pour water on him. Its started with just a couple drops, but after a while he had an entire lake on his tummy. He never moved or woke up. It kind of reminds me of this.

you can totaly see the tape in that picture. Haven't these people ever heard of photoshop!
At least they didn't tape it to the poor cat.
Tape and cats - not that amusing.
