I hope this can make people laugh

So, before I came up to the playzow, we had a little mini fridge in the office. It was a cute little thing, mainly used for cooling lunch meat and beer. One day, we decided that the freezer part had gotten a little too frozen. We unplugged the fridge and left the door open so it could defrost. 4:30 (Beer O'Clock) rolled around and we didn't have any cool refreshment for the office, so I decided to chip out the frost with a knife. After a little while doing that, I suddenly hear a hissing sound. I had hit the compressor. We hauled the fridge outside so it could release whatever it was letting out. Needless to say, we had to dispose of the mini-fridge (which is not an easy or cheap task).

A couple of people on this blog already know this story, but there is a second chapter that is quite amusing to me.

So I told the previous story to a couple of friends of mine at camp. They laughed at me and told me that that is not the smart way to go about it. Anyway, I was walking through camp and one of the friends was sitting on the ground in front of an open mini fridge. She was chipping frost out of the freezer part of the fridge with a hammer and a screwdriver. "Bring back any memories?" she asked me, I told her that it did indeed and she should be careful. She replied "Unlike you, I know what a compressor looks like." So I let her go about her business and not 3 minutes later, I hear a very familiar hissing sound. I turn to her and sure enough, she had done the same thing. I laughed so hard my sides hurt.

I found it amusing, and somewhat a good lesson: Don't brag about your talents until you're sure you actually have them.

Hope it made you laugh.

Love from the Playzow for 4 more days!

That is incredibly amusing.

I use a hairdrayer when I defrost mini-fridges.

That sounds a lot safer... unless you’re standing in a bathtub full of water.

Right Skogg, as per Spinny, if you do that, you'll kill your neck.

I like necks, they hold our heads up.
