JFAT concert well attended

Last night's concert was great, as most of you know because I saw you there. Just wanted to acknowledge Lang Termes' splendid contribution and thank J&J for tying their concert and Lang's intro together with the tune I wrote for Lang when he was just a pup. That was fun for me, as you might imagine. Also wanted to point out that both Mike Derby and Stanford Adelstein were there, two State legislators who together with the other's in the crowd probably know half the people in South Dakota, if not more. Both were thoroughly delighted with the music. Good job all!

I also want to add that the concert was spectacular. I can't wait for the renovation of the Lead Opera House to be finished... then I get to sit in one of the private box seats up on the second level and do some major people watching.

Does anybody else want to go shopping for "I look like a Banker" outfits so we can sneak in to the JFAT private concert in Rapid City next week...the concert for the "South Dakota Bankers Association."

I'll buy the first round of drinks...

Bon/Sarah,
Somebody has to go there
so they'll know when to clap.
And that it's ok to whistle
and yell. Also to explain what
they're doing during intermission.

Do bankers yell and/or whistle?

Depends on the banker.

If you can get one of the bigshots to do it,
all the others will follow suit. Most of them
have been trained not to think for themselves.
And to show no emotion whatsoever.
When they smile, their cheeks make this odd,
mechanical creaking sound.

BTW, Sarah, have you met Bernie?

I'm not sure...and for some reason I'm scared to answer this question.

Not to worry, Sarah. It's a harmless question.
(unless of course you know something about Bernie
that the rest of us don't!)
