Please, all of you who can show up, show up! This is beyond losing clients or fear of being seen taking a stand. Our govenor and legistature are now chinking away at our freedom with power tools.

I personally find the difference between the sides rather interesting.

The amount of folks with jobs and an actual schedule to adhere to on the Pro-Choice side, and the amount of St. Thomas Moore kids on the Pro-Life side. St. Thomas Moore let out school so that it's students could go to the protest.

At the end of the whole thing, at least when I left, there weren't many people left for Pro-Choice and still just as many for Pro-Life. Upon inspecting the crowd, I'd say about 1/8th of the group was not High School age. Interesting....

Also, the difference in behavior was interesting. The Pro-Lifers would get in their cars and come driving by our group waving their signs. That's fine, all well and good, but there were some that did worse. A certain young man (who I believe was at the last protest, telling the women to "Get back in the kitchen!" and calling the men fags) who sat out of the window of one of the cars flipping everyone off and calling us murders, assholes and all sort of other such lovely things.

All in all though, I believe it went pretty well, I heard that there were more than 400 Pro-Choice people there (including a certain Ma Skog), rather exciting.
